Welcome to our Music & Dance Classes. By using our website, enrolling in any course, or attending our classes, you agree to the terms and conditions mentioned below. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Enrollment & Admission

• Enrollment is confirmed only after full or partial payment (as applicable).
• Admission is subject to seat availability and instructor approval (if required).
• Students must provide correct personal details during registration.

2. Fees & Payments

• Fees are course-wise and must be paid within the given deadline.
• Payments once made are generally non-refundable unless mentioned in the refund policy.
• We may revise course fees, timings, or batches without prior notice.

3. Refund & Cancellation

• All fees paid for enrollment, classes, or programs are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Once a registration is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, transferred, or modified.
• No refunds or adjustments will be provided for missed classes, personal reasons, or schedule conflicts.
• In case of batch cancellation by the institute, alternative classes or schedules may be provided. However, no refunds will be issued.

4. Attendance & Punctuality

• Students should arrive on time for classes.
• Missed classes may not be compensated unless the institute offers a backup session.
• Repeated late arrivals may affect learning and batch discipline.

5. Code of Conduct

• Respect instructors, staff, and other students.
• No abusive language, harassment, or misbehavior will be tolerated.
• Any damage to property may result in penalty or removal from the course.

6. Photography & Video Policy

• We may take photos/videos during classes or events for promotional purposes.
• If you do not want your photo/video to be used, you must inform us in writing.

7. Intellectual Property

• Course materials, choreography, music arrangements, and training content belong to the institute.
• Students may not record or distribute training sessions without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage during classes, except where required by law. Students are advised to inform instructors about any medical conditions.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
